Do You Accept Exchange?

Yes! Customer satisfaction is our destination! Please feel free to exchange any eligible item within 15 days after receiving your original order.

Additional Notes About Warranty

1.Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

2.Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order for exchange, you will need to contact customer service first to ask for return approval. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

3.Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special customized order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

4.After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address given by customer service with the trackable shipping number.

1.HOW DO I MAKE THE EXCHANGE?

You may email us at service@westkiss.com and let customer service know your order number. West Kiss’s customer service team will help you move forward.

2.WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide a refund for an exchange period on unused hair products within (15) days of the date that you receive your hair.

3.DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs together with the Custom Tax except for quality issues. Please send your return with a trackable option, West Kiss Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

4.HOW LONG THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WILL TAKE?

Generally, it depends on the which shipping method you used and the shipping period of the return package. It takes a little longer time for other countries to receive the returned package than US packages. West Kiss customer team will need extra business days to inspect and confirm the returned package. West Kiss will contact you to confirm the exchange once confirmed returned package and will resend the exchanged goods to you.

5.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Once the returned package was inspected and confirmed, West Kiss customer service will contact you to confirm the return and exchange details and arrange to resend the exchanged goods. Normally it takes about 3-7 business days to get to most countries once the exchanged package was sent out.
